You might have noticed yesterday that an application page went up for returning characters. These apps are now officially open for business!

Keep in mind that this application is ONLY if you wish to bring back a character that you personally played in the game before, and would like them to keep the memories of their previous stay.

While these apps are open and will be processed, these characters will not be introduced until the upcoming Christmas plot. Players will be contacted with further instructions as the date approaches.

As the application pages have all reached 30, 40 or even 50 pages, we've started new ones to make it easier on our internet connections and to reduce some clutter. All links to application posts have been updated, save Misc, who isn't cool enough for a new post.

All those still waiting for verdicts on still-pending apps or apps awaiting revisions: never fear! We have them all documented and will still be processing them. They do not need to be reposted.

It has come to our attention that this notification problem may take months to resolve. As we aren't really jazzed with the idea of closing apps until then, we've decided to resume judging apps.

As there is still no guarantee that applicants will get their notifications, we will be sending an email or IM alongside to let you know/link you to the reply.

As you guys know by now, notifications have been down since Tuesday.

Because of this, mods haven't been getting notifications for applications, and if we reply to them, people won't get notifications for replies.

While we're still allowing application submissions at this time, we will not be doing any replies until notifications are working again. We will be reading them, but there will be a delay in our official reply.
