ACTIVITY CHECK DISCUSSION

Hey guys!

So there's been some confusion and disagreement about what should/should not count for activity check, what is counted where, etc. So this is a post where we'd like to discuss revamping the activity check system with you! Once we can get a clear idea of what everyone feels is fair, it will make it easier for us to have a clear system where everyone understands the activity requirements desired of each character in Paradisa.

SECTIONS:

What do you think should count for a post?
What should constitute thread "size"?
What should constitute comment "quality"?
How much should the mods be responsible for? The players?
How should a thread on a log be judged?

I've never received an e-mail. The last e-mail pertaining to AC I got was for July AC.

That's odd but why haven't the mods since then looked around for the extra help? When they needed people to check the quality/quantity of posts why weren't we prodded into doing so? I can't find it easy to believe a simple communication error stopped the mod team from asking around.

Iiiii will go through my email's sent box to double check on that.

And as for finding extra help, the game's gotten smaller, and like I've said, I've had free time sitting around in bed, so it hasn't been necessary yet. When I ran check, quality of posts was never a factor and I counted posts by people who tagged into logs, so that was never a concern for me.

I'm currently speaking with the other staff members and trying to catch up with posts here to find out what happened tonight, as I've been out all day and am still on hiatus. All I know is that hiatus was being done in my absence, and I emailed the checklist and the hiatus list so it could be attended to by another mod.
