HOW'S MY DRIVING?

Comment with the names of the characters you play for feedback on your roleplaying. Other players will then reply to your comment telling you what they honestly think in a constructive manner. While the staff highly encourages everyone to participate, only comment if you are capable of giving and taking potentially harsh concrit in a mature, level-headed manner. Assume good faith at all times. Crit is meant to be resolved, not "won". Give mutual respect for each other's work and ideas. Aggressiveness creates unproductive stress and conflict. If you are emotionally compromised, you ~~are not fit to captain the Starship Enterprise~~ need to step back, take a break, and then return when you're ready.

Anonymous commenting is ENABLED. Anonymity doesn't detract from the validity of concrit. An anonymous compliment is a compliment; an anonymous crit is still a crit. However, if you are going to post anonymously, consider it your obligation to follow up –– it is frustrating for muns to never get a reply back, and HMD should be first and foremost an ongoing discussion.

We have provided a form to post with, if you would like to use it. Mentioning things like canon points, permanent losses and recent major events in their lives in Paradisa may help give people a better idea of the character's mindset and current actions.

Alternatively, you may choose to post a link to your private HMD thread on the character's journal and take comments there instead. The first thread of this post will be reserved for those people, and we will freeze those comments. People will be expected to follow the link to the character's individual HMD to give crit there.

i haven't forgotten, i promise. it's my fault entirely because i went on a three week hiatus and since slenderman happened and emil was one of the children, she doesn't want to be so quick to shove him into something if he's not feeling up to it. this is something i will discuss with emil's player, however! i would like for them to try something. :) i know it won't work but if it gives us longterm CR, i will be happy. felix uses magic, which uru absolutely adores. you can bet she will bug him!

yeah, i've been trying to measure it from all angles and i thought of that and it was suggested but it might do more damage than good. but i promise that i will be kicking her back into happy hour once she's gotten her concerns off her chest. :>

Yesss *_* It's happened in Para a few times and I can't remember offhand if I've ever been directly involved in those kinds of interactions, but they've always been a pleasure to read.

I don't really know what the two anons above are talking about - I was a bit nervous approaching you at first too (but that's just because... I am always nervous talking to people for the first time, no matter who it is alsfdjd) but I thought and still do think that you're really friendly and fun! I've enjoyed talking to you and playing with you. And I'm not familiar with One Piece, but I love following Zoro's threads and seeing him around! You do a great job with him imo, just as you've done with your past characters.

And for Minato, I just want to say that you've made him so much more than just a silent protagonist, and I'm really impressed by that. I'll be sad to see him go!

I haven't had much of an opportunity to interact with you here in Para yet, but you know I love your Angel already..but if you forgot..I'll say it again. I look forward to having chances to bug him in the future.

And it'll never not be amazing to me that you play Ares. Xena was my childhood so I stalk like..all his threads and he's amazing, always.

So, I'm not super up on this canon, but as far as I can tell, your Haurhi is pretty much perfect, having that perfect mix of kindness, obliviousness, and sarcasm. She's really great.

On the other side, I have a hard time noticing other people's tagging activity, but you do seem to tag her more with her castmates than anything. Get her out there a bit more? Unless I am also oblivious about her tags.

Neverrr be afraid to toss me an IM or PM. I am so laid back it's ridiculous. I think she'd be the type of person Ares would dig as well. I don't really know her canon, but I was looking up clips on youtube of her with Brock like two or three days ago and it was hilarity. ~~Just ditch the chastity belt and they're golden.~~

We need to change this somehow. Whether it's Lilah making Angel's life hell, or Angel telling her to gtfo of the castle lmao. Or one of my other two characters interacting with her. Ares would probably dig the whole cold hearted bitch thing. Just saying~

Lol she's not actually in the show very much, so it tends to be easy to pull her episodes ~~lol she has like maybe an hour of total canon, out of four seasons~~. Also lol even in Paradisa, he can't get any! This adheres to my personal theory that Everything Sucks For Brock.

I do try to hit up my castmates' posts, because I don't want to be that person who Doesn't Tag Castmates, and I try really hard to make her posts as open as possible! She's built some CR with Kallen and Italy and Allen and a handful of other people, but she's not the most outgoing character in the world (and a lot of this is because lmao para is so big and intimidating - I guess I haven't realized until right now how much I sometimes eschew tagging posts.)

But as I said, my big girl pants are on! I'll definitely, definitely make a more sincere effort to get her out and establishing cross-canon CR, because that's really some of the best kind ♥. Thank you tons for the comment!

From what I've seen of Nico I think you've got his voice down good. He still comes off as slightly antisocial but I think you're right in that he'd be more willing to open up a little after spending time here which is clear in your tags with him. I definitely "hear" him though so I think you're doing great. :)
