As of Saturday morning, the penguins and polar bears have moved out of the castle. The icy furniture has been slowly thawing until now, when the ice is completely gone. Watch out for slippery puddles! Here's hoping you took pictures of that gorgeous sky, because the aurora lights have now retired for the season. The snow, on the other hand, will linger a bit longer.

With Christmas just a day away, it's also time for the castle to give back to its residents. Paradisa will give each resident one gift this holiday season. What will it give? That's up to you!


You may give your character one (1) item/small companion from home.

You may give your character a free loss change, no strings attached.


Here are a few simple guidelines to follow when deciding on your characters' gifts:

1. The item in question may not be larger than a motorcyle. This means no large-scale animals, robots, or mansions.
   
2. If a weapon is chosen, it may not be a weapon capable of mass destruction. Blades and handguns with sentimental meaning are fine, but let's avoid doomsday devices and the like.
   
3. Companions may be small animals/creatures or mounts. They may not be specific people, types of people, or sentient beings.
   
4. If you choose to utilize the loss change, your character will regain whatever the castle initially took from them. However, it will take something else in its place. How they discover this is at your own discretion.
   
5. Loss changes must still be approved by the staff. Post your requests in the thread below and a staff member will review them.

The Covenant Ghost is fine if the weapons are removed. Keep in mind that if it is used for flying, Paradisa will likely do what it can to keep it grounded. Six may want to be careful with that.

Unfortunately, I'm going to have to say no to the grenade launcher.

It's not capable of flight, actually. The Banshee is the one man flying vehicle, which I'd considered too big on looking it over. The listed dimensions on that almost twice the Ghost's.

All right. Hmm... Then in Wash's case, I guess I'm actually going to have to be nice and just go with something simple rather than the castle giving him a figurative punch in the gut. Guess I'll go with the castle giving him something like a nice booze gift basket(AKA stuff that's nicer than what he usually gets into when he wants to get plastered) to make up for later on when I canon bump him. The castle can be merciful this year. Seeing as I've been a bitch in at least one previous year.
