Language Plot Chart

It was requested that we get some sort of a chart going to show what characters speak what languages (so folks can coordinate that sort of thing OOC, if they want)! So if you guys want to be included in the upcoming chart I'm going to make, please comment here talking about what kind of languages your character speaks (or writes).

What can they speak fluently? Passably? Barely? Can they do anything special that would help them translate? Do you have any particular notes about the way they speak the language? Go into as much or as little detail as you'd like, and I'll try and put something together. And if you don't want to wait for a chart, feel free to go ahead and plot amongst yourselves here too. :)

Charles: Is telepathic, but otherwise can speak German, Russian, and I think French. Obviously English, but he's likely going to be making liberal use of his telepathy otherwise.

Raiden: can speak English, Japanese (poorly), and a smidge of Inuit as a result of his pilgrimage to Alaska to learn Scouting
