HOW'S MY DRIVING?

Comment with the names of the characters you play for feedback on your roleplaying. Other players will then reply to your comment telling you what they honestly think in a constructive manner. While both praise and critique is welcome, we'd like to remind you that this is a valuable tool for many of our members. We'd like to request that all comments remain constructive.

While the staff highly encourages everyone to participate, only comment if you are capable of giving and taking potentially harsh concrit in a mature, level-headed manner. Assume good faith at all times. Crit is meant to be resolved, not "won". Give mutual respect for each other's work and ideas. Aggressiveness creates unproductive stress and conflict. If you are emotionally compromised, you ~~are not fit to captain the Starship Enterprise~~ need to step back, take a break, and then return when you're ready.

Anonymous commenting is ENABLED. Anonymity doesn't detract from the validity of concrit. An anonymous compliment is a compliment; an anonymous crit is still a crit. However, if you are going to post anonymously, consider it your obligation to follow up –– it is frustrating for muns to never get a reply back, and HMD should be first and foremost an ongoing discussion.

We have provided a form to post with, if you would like to use it. Mentioning things like canon points, permanent losses and recent major events in their lives in Paradisa may help give people a better idea of the character's mindset and current actions.

Alternatively, you may choose to post a link to your private HMD thread on the character's journal and take comments there instead. The first thread of this post will be reserved for those people, and we will freeze those comments. People will be expected to follow the link to the character's individual HMD to give crit there.

I wanted to take a second to speak up about how impressed I am with your skill in vocal variety. It really always boggles my mind to look at your list in full and realize they're all played by the same person, because I think of them as all separate entities. Those whose canons I do know, which is about half your list, are spot on to an uncanny degree (and I'm amazed you've managed to hold on to Sister so long and continue to have her be so entertaining). Those whose canon I don't know are still a joy to interact with, and you make me feel as if I do know the character.

Plus, OOC, you are always level headed, willing to help people, and easy to approach.

When I think of Paradisa, I tend to think of you as part of the very heart of it.

Okay so Lorne. His voice is so clear and perfect and just... perfect. I love the nicknames he comes up with pretty much in every other tag (... I need to get Mina to Caritas like the letter said too hah) and... yeah he's perfect. And now a total papabear. I love him. Can I keep him?

Mal. I don't know her canon ~~yet~~ but she is utterly adorable. I love her voice and, reading some of her other threads like the stalker that I am, she makkes me laugh and she's just awesome. Can I keep her too?

You were so kind and welcoming and patient and I still worry that I bugged you insanely with my daft questions and completely random crap (and still do) but you're absolutely fantastic, friendly and helped me settle in so much (which is why I still keep bugging you. Seconding the comment about how awesome you are at playing multiple characters, each with such distinct voices. Seriously, I'm not really familiar with any of their canons, but I'm always so impressed at how well you can keep each of them so separate, unique, and full of personality. Of the characters you play, I am familiar with a few, and how well you pull them off has me floored every time. So I am here to say that Corporal Maladict, John and Wybie are-- and were-- absolutely fantastic in every sense of the word. I stalk their threads and I enjoy what interaction I get with them, and you are doing an incredible job. <3

You know I say the same things all the time, but-! For the sake of saying something different, I wanted to mention that I really like how you handle Guido's accent. I've seen accents just not work on many occasions, but you don't beat anyone over the head with it. I love seeing him around. :)

Thank you! I'm really glad to hear that. I hate typing accents, but Guido has his written in canon, and seems to fluctuate in how heavy it is. So I've been worried about how it's coming across. This makes me feel a ton better!

I'm not that familiar with the other's canons, but I enjoy seeing them out and about, and I can clearly see how much thought and love you put into every character. No character gets left out for another. And, OOC, you are kind and always willing to help or discuss GO things or have random Crowley parties on RPS.
