Welcome home, everyone! You're back in Cair Paradisa! IN THE DUCK POND, SOAKING WET. AND IT'S STILL THUNDERSTORMING. IN YOUR TACKY TOURIST CLOTHES.
Thank you so so so much for making this plot so fun; participation was awesome. I'll edit in rough numbers soon, for the lulz.
Any thoughts? How did you guys feel about having a lot more mass posts, instead of the usual anything-goes set-up? Concerns? Constructive criticism? General dinosaur love?
Again, much love goes to Mimi, for bringing forward the Jurassic Park suggestion in the first place, and for letting me take it. It was fun.
PLOT OVER.

But on the flip-side, it's a good way to make sure things get done in the plot instead of everyone going "...uh what now? D:" and it's still a good alternative way to get CR since characters will feel inclined to communicate just because they're in the same room.
So I'm really just talking circles. X'D I guess I liked the posts, but would have liked them a little more spread out, perhaps? They would have worked fine if the plot had gone on for a couple more days, I think.
Also, cheers to the fun plot in general. ♥ I'm sad I got distracted and busy for a lot of it! THE LULZ WERE GRAND, THE DINOS WILL BE REMEMBERED FOREVER.

I agree with spreading them out; I initially hadn't planned so many, but things were getting convoluted on some of them. The Park Drive, for example; I felt it would be RIDICULOUS to try and do the build up (giving characters time to interact and fool around and talk and stuff), the attack, and then the aftermath all in one post, not to mention it would be a nightmare to try to reread later.
When I suggested to the mod squad that we make it shorter and tighter (3-4 days ) because people seemed to get bored with 7 days.... activity would just dwindle towards the end, or people would itch for normal Paradisa. I wanted to test out a more directed plot, and I thought that needed to be shorter, because if it bombed, it'd drag and drag. Though, in hindsight, with all that action, another day might have eased it up a bit, and lessen the need for backtagging.
Does that make sense?
Either way, I'm glad you had fun, and thanks again for the feedback! :D

And it's totally not an exact science or anything. Some lengths work better for different plots, I guess. It's hard to gauge! At least with the way this one rolled, there was stuff to do and I don't think anyone was bored. 8)

Oh, I know, I just go "laksjdlasjd" trying to figure out how to make it as good as I can. I LOVE YOU GUYS... AND DON'T WANT YOU BORED... alksdjas.
