Staff changes!

Thank you everyone for your patience these past few weeks! We're very happy to say that Paradisa will be continuing on with an all new staff.

A super huge thank you to our former staff members Ashley, Jenn, Theresa, and Sarah for all their hard work and dedication. Valerie will remain on staff for a short while to help the new team ease into their roles.

Please give a very warm welcome to your new head moderator, Rebecca, and your new helpers Jay and Iddy! Already the new team is excited to get started and share their ideas for the game's future.

Jay here. Couldn't be more excited! c: Just want to echo and give a huge shoutout to Val, Ashley, Jenn, Theresa, and Sarah especially for all their time and work and energy. The gorgeous reboot that we have to play with now is really creatively inspiring and you should all be really really proud of what you did with that.

As for the new staff, we're really excited to keep the game going, bring in some new ideas and play with the awesome, rich history that's been established over so much time. We might be kind of slow and small right now, but we've already got some new plots in the works and we're just going to keep it up, business as usual, and beef up that calendar! Just bear with us while we get all the logistics settled. ;)

Just want to say, as one of the countless schlubs that love the game but have no time to mod, your effort and time is greatly appreciated! Thank you all for giving your time and energy for this game and the happiness it brings to us.

Jay pretty much said most of it, but let me echo the gratitude towards the old mods for all their hard work. Paradisa is a game with a lot of history both in and out of character, and that's a lot to take on your shoulders. As someone about to do the same, I have all the respect in the world for you. But hey, call me Atlas, I'm ready for the challenge.

As for the rest of you, I'm very excited for what lies ahead. While I don't want to get ahead of myself and start making grandiose promises like a president in his first forty days, what I will promise is my best effort, and that of my new teams, to provide consistent support, plots, and information. I also hope to build on the rich world that's been created for us and draw a whole new generation of players into the mysteries that have compelled me for over three years.

Let's make this year something to remember!

I'm Iddy, and I currently play Pitch Black (fearbringer) and April Ludgate (nooooo, but I've been in and out of the game since 2009, so I'm happy to have the chance to help keep it running smoothly. 8] I'm going to primarily to working behind the scenes, doing things like keeping the room pages updated, processing drops and new characters, and so on.
