paradisaooc | (no subject)

Hey, guys. Rapunzel/Kurt/Mavis!Player here. So...

I'm dropping. Not only Paradisa, but DWRP games as a whole. This was not something I thought I'd be doing when the event started, honestly - although I had considered it a few days before sign-ups, I thought I had changed my mind. But... By Day Three of the plot, I realized I'm just... Not putting my heart into it any more. As much as I love the tags I get, I'm not having fun replying to them. On the contrary, it's a stress. Games have never worked for me, really. I've never been good with the scale and activity requirements; they intimidate me, and I end up leaving. It's time for that cycle to end.

So, from now on, I'm sticking to museboxes, memes, and the like. I won't be using my existing plurk anymore, because it's really cluttered. (Also the url is not going to help me change my handle.) People interested in staying in touch should drop me a PM, but I honestly won't be offended by people who don't care to. EXCEPT KAE, KAE YOU HAVE TO GET IN TOUCH WITH ME SOMEHOW IF YOU STILL WANT TO WATCH THAT MOVIE TODAY.

I sincerely apologize to all my CR in this game. You guys are great. Thanks for making this place fun while it lasted. I know it was just a few months, but honestly, this was the longest I've been comfortably involved in a game in ages. You have my sincere gratitude for not only being lovely players, but lovely people. If I felt it was better for you guys that I stayed, I would, but I know that's not the case.

Aww, that's a shame. I was really enjoying tagging with you for the plot.

But if you're not having fun with it, then it's probably for the best. I've had to leave a lot of RPs for a lot of reasons, so I totally understand.

Thanks for at least making Rise's first Paradisa plot so much fun, though! You'll be missed, and I wish you well in whatever you do from here on out. RP-related or otherwise. ^_^
