It's time for me to rip off the bandaid I've been putting off for the past few weeks. My activity has now delved into squatting, so I think I have to do this before this continues even longer.

In late October, Uru hit her third year mark in Paradisa. I can't believe it's already been this long and I can't even begin to explain how amazing her journey in game has been so far. I love playing her because of these three years of incredible CR, past and current. It's still hard to do this, but right now I'm not at the top of my game at Paradisa and I can't keep hiatusing every month. So, I'm bowing out of the game with Uru, my last character. Again, it's hard to get into without getting tl;dr and personal but thank you all, current and former players for everything. Maybe in the future I will return, but for now-- the conversations, the crazy CR, the friendships-- thank you all for that.

And now the obligatory "what is happening to Uru's stuff??"

I'm sorry I wasn't able to type up letters for characters, but there definitely are letters left for her friends. The letter itself reads as very happy and easygoing and though it was clearly written a couple of months ago, it's more of a "see you later!" than "goodbye" letter. In the letter, she's mentioned how lucky she is to have her friends and she would always feel loved and protected by them, no matter where she is. Most people should get a sort of personalized letter that again, I'm sorry I didn't write (it was a lot to go through ;_;) but if you'd like to know what the gist of it was I'll gladly explain.

There are also letters left for Nancy and Zeke, should they every somehow wander back into the castle where the ghosts would give them. The letter is very simple and wishes them the best, thanks them for their friendship and that they get to go home someday. Also an obligatory take care and don't pretend Zeke got eaten by wild animals that's rude.

As for some other belongings:

-- Stephanie will be getting the key to Uru's apartment, along with her photo album that she's being asked to hold onto. She's also getting the charm necklace that Nancy gave her. It protects from mishaps. :)
-- Colette and Jane get her cookbooks
-- she has two cats, Paintbrush and Dami, and a chinchilla that people can pick up if they'd like
-- Julian, the blue footed booby will remain at the duck pond (if the mods are okay with this). He's not there in the winter, though. Please don't eat him. :(
-- Allen will be getting 1961 U.S. quarter found in the Lost Room in Insolitus. She hasn't figured out what it does and mentions that in his letter.

I swear there were more, but I can't seem to remember them all. If it comes to me I'll just drop a note in a PM for whoever gets it. Three years of stuff. :(

Anyway, that's it. Again, it's been a great three years and I hope in the future we can play together again. I'm sorry especially to newer CR that hasn't had a chance to go any further. Maybe someday we will get that chance.

I'll admit I thought this might be coming, but it's still really sad to see :( I love your Uru so much, and even though I didn't know her canon, I always enjoyed the threads we had over the years with the various character I've been lucky enough to bounce off of her. Paradisa definitely won't be the same without her, but I'm really glad for the chance I had to rp with her and while you while you were here.

Oh man.

It'll be really sad to see you and Uru go, it's been a great three years together with her. I will miss her a whole lot, but I get you gotta do what you gotta do. I'm glad we've been able to have the CR we had over the past years. If you ever decide to come back, you know Paradisa will welcome you back with open arms and I will too. Until then I will just keep bugging you via plurk and such if that's all right.

Paradisa without Uru won't be the same for me. I know I wasn't here constantly during those years to play with you, but those little interactions I had the pleasure to thread with her were some of the best. Thank you for that ♥

We didn't have much in terms of CR, but it was always a joy to see Uru's threads and posts, and I had lots of fun reading what she got up to during all her time in the game. She will be missed, same goes for you, too ♥

Aww. I really loved every little bit I got to read of/play with Uru. She's actually been here in the entire time I've been in Paradisa. It'll be hard to imagine the game without her.

I hope that some day, stuff clears up enough that'll allow you to come back into the game. And when you do, I'll pounce on that opportunity!

Gosh, I'm gonna miss having you around. You had CR with practically all of my muses- Kirby especially before I dropped him, oh good times!- but yeah. You gotta do what you gotta do. ♥
