While the staff highly encourages everyone to participate, only comment if you are capable of giving and taking potentially harsh concrit in a mature, level-headed manner. Assume good faith at all times. Crit is meant to be resolved, not "won". Give mutual respect for each other's work and ideas. Aggressiveness creates unproductive stress and conflict. If you are emotionally compromised, you are not fit to captain the Starship Enterprise need to step back, take a break, and then return when you're ready.

Anonymous commenting is DISABLED. If you want to receive anonymous crit anyways, please take advantage of the Private HMD thread (see below).

We have provided a form to post with, if you would like to use it. Mentioning things like canon points, permanent losses and recent major events in their lives in Paradisa may help give people a better idea of the character's mindset and current actions.

The first thread of this post will be reserved for those people, and we will freeze those comments. People will be expected to follow the link to the character's individual HMD to give crit there.

... and you know, it occurs to me that I should have said this first and foremost, but lack comment-editing capabilities, so I will put it here where it stands out from everything else, as it should anyway:

As struggling as I have been with Lorne however, I never, ever ever leave his tags for more than 24 hours. That's my own personal tagging habit though, and I shouldn't put that on anyone else. And Fenris, well he wasn't brought in as a stress outlet, he was brought in because I was going to anyway. I'd had him in the works for about a month before I decided to bring him into game.

I understand what it is to move from unemployment, to full time work and back again and back AGAIN, trust me. But maybe just put some time aside on your evenings to clear your inbox? You don't even have to retag, but trying to empty it at least once a day might help you out a bit.

I'm just concerned that, as you're struggling a little with tags as it is, if bringing a 5th character in would be wise. It will only add to your load, not take away from it in the long run.

I adore out CR, too. Which is why I say to seriously reconsider brining someone else in. Because your current roster needs more attention that it's being given :
