While the staff highly encourages everyone to participate, only comment if you are capable of giving and taking potentially harsh concrit in a mature, level-headed manner. Assume good faith at all times. Crit is meant to be resolved, not "won". Give mutual respect for each other's work and ideas. Aggressiveness creates unproductive stress and conflict. If you are emotionally compromised, you ~~are not fit to captain the Starship Enterprise~~ need to step back, take a break, and then return when you're ready.

Anonymous commenting is DISABLED. If you want to receive anonymous crit anyways, please take advantage of the Private HMD thread (see below).

We have provided a form to post with, if you would like to use it. Mentioning things like canon points, permanent losses and recent major events in their lives in Paradisa may help give people a better idea of the character's mindset and current actions.

Alternatively, you may choose to post a link to your private HMD thread on the character's journal and take comments there instead. The first thread of this post will be reserved for those people, and we will freeze those comments. People will be expected to follow the link to the character's individual HMD to give crit there.

I'll be a little blunt and say that I really wouldn't think of picking up a fifth character yet, as I feel there are some serious issues with your AC at the moment.

I adore your characters, especially the Doc and Hard Harry, but it's quite hard to maintain CR with either from my perspective. I know that everyone has a life, and everyone has days where they don't feel like tagging, that's a-okay. But it's been a consistent pattern for the last few months as a whole, that your tags can take anything up to a week to get a reply to.

I'm sorry if that sounded harsh, and I want to reassure you again that I ADORE your characters, but I felt I needed to say something.

You seem to be getting a little blunt all across the board, today. I'm very, VERY aware that my activity has lagged the last few months, but it was due to a lot of general stess and RL-related type things that I am not going to get into, here.

I've made a number of adjustments to how I'm handling those stressors and such, and it is what it is, but honestly, I am comfortable with five, and my planned fifth is going to be a much-needed stress outlet, so that when I feel the need to punch babies, it has somewhere to go, instead of me sulking around in a crappy mood and Not Tagging, which is what's been going on.

As far as waiting for responses from me, I've done the same for your characters consistently, as well, so I feel we draw even in that department. Thanks for your honesty.

I'm very sorry if I've offended you, or anyone, that wasn't my intention at all. I did come off as very blunt here and I apologise for that as well, it was not worded well at all and that was my bad.

I'm sorry to hear about your RL problems, and I won't pry at all. Thank you for your honesty as well, you're absolutely right that was probably hypocritical crit for me to have given.

If stress and time management are issues for you at the present time, you should re-evaluate your commitment to your current characters and wait before apping a fifth. I find the first and last comments toward Ena uncalled for, she is only giving honest crit. Your tags have been slow for over a year and sometimes you do take a week or loner to get back to a thread. If you have an issue with her tag speed, you should tell her that in her own thread.

I don't mind Ang giving me crit about my tag speed here, as it was in discussion and relevant to the crit I gave her. =)
