The Alma has the skewer of maraschino cherries... the AlVa has the egg in it. I don't do eggs unless they are baked in a cake-like product.

I just always think of those movies with the Irish Pub. There's that jar of boiled eggs and a sign that says you get some ridiculously low amount of money if you eat them all. Then some drunk moron does it. Amidst cheering and ruckus.

Okay. Now that I am properly educated (thanks Google) I am here to say that there are NO recipes with a boiled egg in them. There are drinks that use a raw egg, because it was used as a thickening/creaming agent back in the day. Gross.
