Off My Hiatus

So Violet is back. We'll just say she was avoiding people for a few days, trying to busy herself with new technology which is essentially stuffing her emotions.

So I totally forgot to really say anything, but maybe it goes without saying that I'm also on a hiatus like Dolly since she's visiting me for a week! I know I have backtags to get to, and I will do my best to get to them when I have the chance.

With the Lux destroyed during the fight between Spike and Vicious, paired with the graffiti and destruction while everyone was away during the pirate adventure, the Lux has seen better days.

However, the Lux is RE-OPENING on JULY4TH!!

Also, I am extremely excited to announce that the Mods have allowed LOCATION TAGS within the castle!

So, if you are making an open post in one of the public in-castle spots like:

You can add in a location tag with the standard ! in the front of the location. This means, you can check to see if anyone else has made a post in one of these open locations and build your CR that way! Even better, you can TRACK POSTS by tag! Just select the tags you want to track and, as long as notifs are working, whenever someone posts into the community with that tag already on their post - you'll get an email!

So after leading an expedition, getting a nice cruise vacation (which, he hated, but...details), and having a lie in with his boyfriend, Felix is about get a little reward in the form of a genderswap loss.

Oh yes, ladies and gentlemen. He will not be pleased. And for extra lulz, the castle switched out his entire wardrobe to pretty dresses. Which he'll have no idea how to operate. If any ladies would like to lend him less complicated gender-appropriate clothing, that will be allowed. But no pants.

His PB for this loss, as you can see, is Nicole Kidman as Satine from Moulin Rouge. The author herself said in a Q&A that this is what he would look like as a woman XD

After having a couple awful days in a row, having another couple days of busy things coming up, and now hurting my back so that typing hurts like hell... I'm just going to throw in the towel and lump this all up as a hiatus.

Really really sorry to those who are still stuck in pirate plot threads with me. I don't know which ones to drop and which ones to continue, and augh... everything just hurts right now. If anyone is up for implying the end of some of them or something, especially the fight threads, don't hesitate to contact me-- aim, or pm me on any of my character journals.

I'll try to pick at some tags when I can over the next couple days, but I'm going to be essentially useless at least until after the 4th.

Yeah, I hate to do it, but there's not much else Katniss can do in Para. ;; It's hard playing such a drawn-in girl with all of those conflicting emotions going on. She's so anti-social.
