Lucy Saxon didn't do anything for Halloween. She remembers last year a little too vividly. (Mauled by a xenomorph, what?) For the NYC plot, she will be stuck back in the publishing world, ghost-writing and editing, and being FUCKING MISERABLE about it.

The Exile has no concept of Halloween, so she didn't do anything as well. For NYC, she will be: A DETECTIVE. Possibly in with Gene's crew if they so wish?

Reyer and Gibberne got caught in the sweep and I never got a reply on the activity I submitted for them, so I suppose I will let them be.

Martha: Dressed up as a zombie and totally participated in the Thriller dance. She didn't know she should worry about the castle doing something. She is going to be working for a hospital, because she is a doctor, for the nyc plot. Probably in the same place as Owen.

Delirium: Wasn't anything but herself. Much like Dream, she wandered around watching people, but was not amused. She was very mopey, in fact. She will be homeless and crazy for the nyc plot. People should feel free to take her in every once in a while. Especially when seasons come.

I meant to post this yesterday afternoon and meant to be among the first, but I ended up being too busy/too tired to think a coherent post out. EPIC FAIL ON MY PART.

Then again maybe I'm so late I'm awesome. WHO KNOWS?

Halloween was straight forward for my crew. Allen was a pirate, Sealand was a non-fandom version of a Power Ranger and Reno didn't dress up.

Now for NYC:

Allen: Will be a freshman in high school. Unless someone forces him to go, he'll probably drop out after a couple days since school will not be a good time for him. As for a job, he'll be a street performer and scam artist with cards if he needs to make ends meet. :x I'm also open to him having roommates, because I have an unfortunate realistic streak that can't shake the idea that no way he could afford an apartment on his own in NYC that wouldn't be...rat infested and without power. But if there are no takers I'll do my best to suspend my disbelief. And since his Innocence won't be really working, he'll have a normalish appetite? SO YOU DON"T HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT HIM EATING YOU OUT OF HOUSE AND HOME >>

Peter/Sealand: Will be a middle school student! He will also have a loving reunion with the internet and sell stuff for money through Ebay, and if your character wants to learn the ropes of the internet he may be happy to show you. And I think he'll be staying with America or UK or both, depending on what you guys want? IF YOU DON'T WANT HIM, I'LL JUST BE VAGUE ON WHERE HE'S STAYING >>

Reno: Remember Chandler's job in Friends where no one really knew what he did for a good eight seasons? Yeah, it'll be like that. You know that he'll work in an office and wears a suit, but he'll be very vague about what he does possibly because he doesn't know himself He will hate the job, but not have the guts to quit. His couch is also a good place to crash for any of you homeless bum friends out there.

So, for the NYC plot, Lelouch is going to be working as a male model.  His most famous work is in some Calvin Klein underwear ads, one of which is currently visible in billboard form in Times Square.  This has gotten Lelouch quite a bit more attention than he's comfortable with.  Feel free to have your characters see it/comment on it~

For his employment, Denny? Will be working at the New York Aquarium as...a marine biologist. I thank my beloved youputdownmount for reminding me of that possible profession, and in my head? Denny pouts at not being able to go into construction or something. He wants to do manual labor and go shirtless a lot. I then remind him he can swim in the tanks at the aquarium, be wet and sexy, and he is comforted. *nodnodnod*

I know we all did separate posts, but seeing as a great deal of Paradisa's residents are between the 14 and 18 mark, I'm thinking we should figure out high school related nonsense, who is in whose class, etc. Right now I'm assuming they're all going to the same private or public school –– if only for CR purposes, I'd think?

Please post your characters' names, what year they're in/how old they are, etc, let's plot, see who classmates are, etc. And post even if your character is going to skip all the time/drop out. We need to know in case any character wants to notice who is missing when attendance is taken.

Evening all! Time for an early update for the 12th week of the Cross Marian Debt Fund mini game since I'll probably be distracted by the new plot and homework tomorrow.

Now on to this week.

Today was a very active week. Travis must of done something right for Halloween, for he made an all time high with his earnings. We also have three new characters to the game, one of which earned a TRUMP. Congratulations Chuck, feel free to plot out how he gained this trump in any way if you like if you'd choose to.

You know, the apartment with the roaches and rodents, dimmed lights, and lack of running water and electricity occasionally. I highly doubt she can afford a nice apartment or there will be a mysterious benefactor for her... so this will do. :(

In addition, she'll be living in a very run down apartment in the not-so-glamorous part of NYC. You know, the apartment with the roaches and rodents, dimmed lights, and lack of running water and electricity occasionally. I highly doubt she can afford a nice apartment or there will be a mysterious benefactor for her... so this will do. :(

Hospital Workers & Medical Staff?

Just like the other groups converging, I was just wondering if there were any other characters who would be working at a hospital or have some other medical field related job just so we can maybe all be together and help each other out with our own little hospital drama once the crazy weather hits?

I think I might have seen some others mention this career choice for their characters, but I would like to make sure. Just comment here with who's doing what? I think it would be a great way to get all of us gathered and maybe have our characters meet some new comrades. That, and I'd like Dakota to make some similar-minded friends. :<
