Lost world plot: DAY ONE

This is a day for settling in, coming to terms they're on a goddamn dinosaur infested island again and meeting our plot NPCs.

TEAM HARDING
Will watch some stegosauruses, commune with nature and whatnot.

TEAM TEMBO
Will get the joys of dinosaurs caged in the camp, and dealing with any moral issues they may have with capturing them.

There will be two (2) IC plot posts for this day, one for each team. They will be put up around 8:00pm GMT. These posts will be where all the action will take place and where your characters can meet and talk with the plot NPCS. Players are more to make their own reaction posts for this plot, any time after 12:00AM Game Time (EST) if they so wish. The NPCS will not appear until the plot post goes up.

For the characters who opt out for the plot, would they stay in the castle?

As stated in the first OOC post, characters opting out will be put on a cruise ship, a few miles out from the island. There will be no plot posts for the ship, but players can make their own posts for it.

Before the NPCs show up, what kind of documentation or other stuff would characters on Team Harding be able to find to tell them what they're supposed to be doing?

Danny and Will will be on Team Harding. Dealing with having no powers in their own ways.

North will be on Team Tembo. Anyone going there who can see him? Also, since he'll be powerless that means he'll actually be feeling his age. He may need to get a cane.

Conan will be on the cruise, having a completely normal and unexciting time. He'll hate it. Anyone want to plot cruise ship fun?

Chie would be on Team Harding. She's gonna be doing her best to help people when crap hits the fan. She's too young and innocent to be on Tembo's team XD. Once her powers return, she'll probably be kicking dinosaur ass.

Mitsuru would be on the cruise ship. Anyone wants to hang out with her is more than welcome.

Lara would be on Team Tembo. She can't use her bow anymore since that's her loss. But she'll be using guns, so anyone trigger happy can join her. I plan on her using a sniper rifle. She's a survivor, so she's used to this kind of situation.

Terry Sheridan is going to be waking up, perfectly confused, on Team Tembo. David will be going along with him.

David Webb will be going on a temporary loss for the plot where he's going to be just Jason Bourne. This will make him a bit tense, as David is normally what holds him back from killing too much.

The Doctor (Of the Holographic variety) will be made human due to the complications of having his Mobile Emitter maybe eaten or damaged. He'll be with Team Harding, and available for all your medical needs with a snarky attitude. Just what the Doctor ordered.

Clint Barton will be on Team Harding because I feel like being nice to the guy

Church needs to get chomped on by a "Cretaceous Cow" aka. Hadrosaur. Probably pulled partially into a cage or tossed around. Because getting attacked by the one of the least badass dinosaurs is just too perfect.

Sugar will be on the cruise... and also human! Which means no wings, no magic, just a larger than usual bundle of cuteness.

Utena will be on Team Tembo. She'll be having an internal moral crisis where she switches between "wow it's kind of sad seeing these guys locked up in cages" and "well, we've all been to the zoo before, and the zoo's not that bad, right???" Though she'll also be wondering out loud if treating giant death lizards as zoo attractions is the safest plan. That said, she'll be willing to roll with things for now, as long as the dinos aren't being obviously mistreated.

Anyway, she's not the most skilled with ranged weapons, but she's pretty athletic and may be suited for scouting! So if anyone wants to plot re: potential scouting or moral debates on dinos, I'm game

Felix will be on Team Tembo so start off with, along with his brother, but will transfer over to Harding once they meet up. If the opportunity arises, I want to have a dinosaur chew on him a little. He won't have any particular moral quandary with this mission, just be kind of useless as a hunter.

Gren will also be on Team Tembo. He, at least, is a crack shot with various guns and he and Vicious are going to have some fun, aw yeah. B)

Wade, as much as I'd like to throw her right in the fire, to retain just a bit of my sanity, will be on Team Harding.

Muraki will be on the cruise, chilling out and laughing at all of you.

Evan is on Team Tembo, and thanks to a school field trip to the Savage Land, is not unfamiliar with dinosaurs and guns. He'll protest to their capture, and join up with anyone wanting to set the dinos free =3
