Plotting

Over the last few months I've been mostly handwaving Conan listening in on conversations and stalking the journals and generally prying into others secrets all over the castle. Like the obnoxious little detective he is.

So my question is, what secrets would he have discovered this way? Anything is fair game, from gossip to things your character really wished no one knew to evil plottings.  Conan is bored enough to investigate anything, and secretive enough that he won't be telling anyone what he knows unless he has a really good reason.
