May Day Ball | May 1st | Opt-in "These two imparadised in one another's arms, the happier Eden, shall enjoy their fill of bliss on bliss." It's May Day, and that means it's time to celebrate Spring the proper way. That is, with costumes, dancing, and plenty of wine! It's a masquerade party, and it's meant to celebrate past lovers while creating new ones. Be sure to keep an eye out for invitations, including nominations for the May Queen. Contact: JESSE Email | Event Horizon | May 5th - 8th | Castle-wide When the residents of Paradisa wake up, they will find that they are on one of two space ships. The rescue vessel, the Lewis and Clark was sent on a mission to investigate a distress signal sent by Event Horizon-- a ship that has been missing for the past seven years. However, residents will wake up in the middle of this rescue mission, only to find a problem... The residents who are on the Event Horizon are trapped. If they want to escape, they will need to find the controls for the Event Horizon's doors and quickly. Steampunk Race Sign-ups | May 18th | Opt-in A steampunk race! In order to facilitate travel in the Dead Zone, York will sponsor a race to and from a particular location in the Dead Zone such as the Wanderer's Yard, beginning and ending at an outpost. Contestants will have three weeks to sign up, design and then build their own Dead Zone capable vehicle. Contact: ANARIN Email | Baby Plot | May 19th - 25th | Castle-wide/Opt-in The parents and their children awake in Sunny Skies Family Retreat. Parents will get lovely kid-friendly rooms, with all the amenities they should ever require. There's room service and maids. But no baby sitters, your babies are your responsibility. |
Steampunk Race | June 8th | Opt-in The day of the steampunk race! In order to facilitate travel in the Dead Zone, York will sponsor a race to and from a particular location in the Dead Zone such as the Wanderer's Yard, beginning and ending at an outpost. Contestants will have three weeks to sign up, design and then build their own Dead Zone capable vehicle.
