As of midnight, Dec. 29th at 11:59 PM EST, the affected characters will begin acting markedly different. The change is not at all gradual, once it hits, BOOM, the residents are instantly the opposite of themselves.

Sign-ups are still open here until the plot ends, and we will be sending information to the muns via e-mail as they sign-up, but all of the affected characters were reversed at the same time. This means you can sign up late but must assume the characters were affected since tonight.
