And on the other side of the coin, an intro!
Ang again! I'll spare you the long-winded explanation of why he is here, because I have A Lot Of Feelings and you'd probably all be bored to tears, BUT! There will be tears enough in the future without that, for here is Mr. Lemony Snicket, renowned researcher, fugitive, accordion player, and author of A Series of Unfortunate Events, and he has come to bring a little more melodrama into your lives: along with returning some of the long-windedness and meddlesome tendencies that I'd otherwise have missed playing very dearly.
He's coming from the process of researching Book the Tenth: The Slippery Slope, and I have included the first book of the new series in his backstory (he will have convenient holes in his memory until the rest come out, but I'm not treating it as a loss). He has lost his commonplace notebook, which contained all of his precious research on the Baudelaire children, and I will be introducing him shortly.
GALE and Mark will likely be returning on Sunday and Monday, respectively, depending on how my internet situation unfolds... Laurel and I are still mostly without, and grabbing access when we can.
