Fairly late introduction on my part, but I shall be bringing back this particular character from a fun-filled videogame called Halo 3: ODST - WITH his memories. Meaning the Rookie will remember all those fantastic fun times he had here at Cair Paradisa when he was here previously.

<3! I've been playing Simon almost continually for 3 years in different games (Para is the latest), but alas, here he's a lone canon warrior for the moment! My River dropped, so he's all by his lonesome.
