Hello everyone it's Knight here with another shot at a fantasy character. This here is Merlin from the Starz series of Camelot. He's bald, has no sense of personal space, and doesn't really like his powers as they're well special.
And by special I mean tax his body in ways that can knock him off of his feet and bad things tend to happen when he does use them.
He's post series (all ten episodes of it), so he's not as much of an abrasive jerk as he could be. But with a new Arthur around here I doubt that'll last long, along with Morgana.
That said I'll be tossing up a permissions post in his journal to cover my bases for his abilities if he ever decides to use them on someone.
Loss and gif under the cut just to avoid spoilers and such!
His loss is the inability to not communicate with people for longer then three days without seeing hallucinations of Igraine dying on him, who was Arthur's mother and someone he came to love. His life sucks okay?

he's willing to help a bro out. he;s known ino and sat through her boyfriend talks forever. it was horrifying...
but in all that trauma he learned she likes duckbutt hair and also boys who brood and have the saddest lives filled with constant death and pain........
so invent a sad backstory about how some evil tree hugging over lord came to your town and murdered your mother with toothpicks and you had wonder the land as a lonely orphan, combine that with your swag and hair gel and there's no way you can lose.
also we'll lock gale in a closet somewhere so that helps your chances
