Alleyne is 1000. A canon bump aged her 1 year, and she has been here over a year, so she is currently 1002.

No canon birthday. I just age her by arrival date.

Alan (by my headcanon and the original movie's script estimate) was 60 when he came to Paradisa (it was Dec. 2010 in his time). He arrived at the Castle on May 6 (6 days before his birthday), which would technically make him 61 in Paradisa time? And that was a year ago, so he is now 62. I guess.

Carolina is 29 with a headcanon birthday in April. Sam is 7, with a slightly canon birthday in October sometime.

Yuan is 4000+, plus nearly five years in Paradisa. Canon is inexact.

Wizardmon is...who the hell knows. He's never given anything remotely like a canonical age, we have no idea what the lifespan of a Digimon is or how long it takes them to reach maturity when not in the presence of a Digidestined, and there are differences in the rate of time passage between the Digiworld and the Material World, so not only does canon not say anything, but there really isn't a reliable way to estimate. I play him as if he's 1-200 years old.
