Say hi to Prim! That one younger sister of the girl who volunteered ~~who can't remember her~~. This little duck is coming from the end of The Hunger Games just after she's gotten Katniss back. Her loss is the inability to touch an animal ( including pokemon and animal characters e.g. the ponies ) without feeling pain. If Prim does touch an animal her hands will feel as if they're burning, but she won't actually be hurt.
