Is your ability to access/use Livejournal compromised?

I feel like this should be expanded upon/clarified further. I've seen way too many people who are saying they "can't" use the site because they dislike the new interface as opposed to those who are actually unable to access the site even if they liked it or not due to technical difficultues ... if that makes any sense.

I disagree that this should be clarified. If the layout is giving a person actual migraines as been reported by several users, then that's just as important as people who are having technical difficulties.

In that case, there should be a question asking whether or not people are able to access dreamwidth.

We feel that a compromised ability to use the site can only be defined by an individual and personal experience. Whether it's "I can't stand all this scrolling" or "I need to refresh a few times before it loads properly" or "I get headaches trying to use it" or "I can't access it at all", they are all "actual" reasons in our eyes. We are asking that people be the best judges of their own experience with the new interface, that's it. We cannot tell people what their experience has been, one way or another.
