I know that the ones that were belonging to my own characters have been passed onto others and Oliver Queen has given his "stash" so to speak to Fred, because as soon as I started to drop characters that had them I figured they were important things to keep track of.

Not that this is relevant... per say, but there are characters who are ICly aware of these things and have been trying to keep tabs on them.
