As far as discussing it beforehand though -- as I understand it Sakura will be posting sometime this week before they're released on Sunday, which gives characters a chance to ICly head it off and stop them from being released. I think the wording in the post here is meant to be "The IC plan is for them to be released then", but it's entirely possible for that to be stopped before it happens. Everyone here is willing to be flexible, and the idea that discussion isn't important is not at all what was meant to be implied or said.
