I'll point up to York's points and the rest: I want IC discussion. But the big point of this is it did get left to essentially a small group, the larger group has ICly acted apathetic, disregarding OOC time most of us don't have, so things like this are often the catalyst for IC discussion and hopefully resolution.

This part is definite -- for now. It's up to the characters to figure things out going forward.
