Thanks for taking the time and the effort to set this up!!! I know that there are muns who've been frustrated about not being able to do anything with their prisoner characters, activity-wise, so for that alone, you're awesome.

As having been in on the collar construction, Ray would certainly be up for helping to monitor and track them - I'm thinking he would've had some sort of radio signal built in.

QUESTION: How are these being handled in terms of the Dead Zone? Clearly, powers not working isn't an issue, but any actual tracking mechanisms would be rendered invalid...
