Does this character really need an introduction?

Hello Paradisa! This is Lel bringing in my fourth character. The strangest dog you will ever meet. He likes eating, sleeping, and pretending to be animals and people. He hates cats.

Snoopy's loss is keeping his thoughts to himself. Every time this dog thinks anything it will be displayed over his head in a thought bubble. He can understand speech and he can type, but he won't be able to speak.
