Delirium is going to go on her first temporary loss of her new stay starting... like... five minutes ago.
It's gonna be great.
Here's the dealio, my chicky-dees. So, y'know Dollhouse? No? Well, how it works is this: People have their personalities completely wiped away in order to make it possible to download new people into their heads. The blank state is a time of perfect innocence and not-understanding. They can talk, but they can't read. They can feel, but everything is a little muted, and every experience is happening to them for the first time.
Delirium is going to live in the blank state of innocence for a week, before being Endlessly omniscient once more.
Yeah? Well, Del's gonna be a Doll. For like, a week. And then, for like a weekish after that, she's going to be bad at remembering to forget everything she does know as an Endless. Even all that stuff Destiny says she can't know that she knows anyway because he's just a repressed meaniehead.
tl;dr: So. A week complete innocent blankness, and then a week of ridiculous know everything obnoxiousness.
