HOW'S THE GAME?

It's been awhile! It's time for another round of Game Discussion, also known as "How's The Game?"

Here we come together to discuss the game, its plots, the settings, and just about anything we can think of that we'd like to talk about, expand upon, improve, change, etc.

This is not an HMD for players and their characters; this should be about the game's function as a whole and not the people in it. If there is something you feel is absolutely necessary to address that involves a specific person, please IM a mod first to discuss it. We can be reached at terraqueous orb (Kayla), end title (Fudgey) or a great fanfare (Jenn). (Though Jenn is on hiatus right now because her laptop is broken, so Kayla or Fudgey would be best for right now!)

Anonymous will be left off for this round (see first section).

How's The Game will now be held quarterly, in order to avoid excessively long stretches in which there is no outlet for discussion.

Honestly you can take any concerns to any of us at anytime if the person you're looking for is on hiatus. Generally us helpers can answer most questions...and even if we can't, we may have ways of contacting/getting answers from a mod. So don't feel as though you can't contact any of us if some are on hiatus :)

Whenever one person goes on hiatus everyone else steps in and takes over their duties collectively.

That makes a lot more sense and I honestly didn't know that. When people hiatus in my head they go into a GOT OTHER STUFF TO DO BRB zone. I'm guessing not many other players are aware of this, so it should be made clear when a helper or mod needs to take a break.

Ahh, okay :)

Whenever I hiatus I know that I still perform all my helper duties--just not my player ones. But Hiatuses are different per person etc so that also depends :) but generally yeah, COME AT US♥ We'll do out best to help you in any way we can.

As dolly said, when i do normal hiatuses, I normally do all the mod stuff I usually do. This occasion was just unique in that I needed the reverse -- a break from modding while still doing player stuff. I'm sorry if I wasn't clear enough on what it entailed!

And yes, hopefully I will have my laptop back by tomorrow night.
