Your hiatus has devolved into a slowatus!


Guess who's back? That's right, your local crazy person Crystal who plays a [livejournal.com profile] thisisprogress and the [livejournal.com profile] notjamesbond.

I'm back from my hiatus, but I'm still going to be slow on the tags. If I have a thread I should be tagging with my characters, don't hesitate to comment me with it. I forget things easily, so that would be a huge help.

Also, while I still have the iconspace left, I'm going to be putting Tesla on his first official loss. Now, if you know your famous inventor trivia well, you would know that the real-life Tesla adored pigeons. There was even one he particularly loved, and after it died he noted that something went out of his life and he would never build anything else again.

So, for this loss, he'll get a taste of what it is like to be his favorite bird. For the week, he'll become a black pigeon. He won't be able to talk, unfortunately, but rest assured, he'll be the most sarcastic-sounding pigeon you ever met.

It's good to be back! I missed you, Paradisa. ♥

YES THE FEZ CAMEO. And the Four scarves. And the little subtle differences between Rory's Centurion garb in this episode as opposed to TPO/TBB to show that this one was actually a costume as opposed to proper Roman armor. /nerd

(This has been me and Allison's headcanon for some time. We've explored it in our musebox some, that Rory and Amy's natural roles in the bedroom are somewhat the opposite of their natural dispositions. It's character exploration through smut. WHAT? STOP LOOKING AT ME LIKE THAT.)

Also it does not help that Matt Smiff is, like ... so wonderful with children. Seriously, the man will make an excellent father someday. I've got a picture of him from the Doctor Who tour last year where he's letting some kid hold his sonic and he's showing him how to hold it properly. ASAKJHFSJKF. He makes my ovaries explode whenever he's around kids.

He is the best with children! I saw videos of that Doctor Who concert where he appeared as the Doctor, and he was so incredibly adorable with that little boy who was his volunteer. How can you not love him? /o/

I'm like, damn River, you taking them Stormcage escape methods to the extreme now! And rofl Stetsons. I think these things when I manage to stop staring at Arthur's biceps in the shortsleeve shirt. Also, Facial!Hair Doctor looks like old Jeff Bridges in Tron.

AHAHAHAH the pheasant sweater. I was watching the video of the three of them turning on the Christmas lights in Cardiff and the emcee was like, so what do you like about Cardiff? And Matt was all THE PEOPLE ARE REALLY NICE and Karen was all THE SHOPPING IS GREAT and then Arthur was all UM I REALLY LIKED THE CHEESE FESTIVAL. I was just like OMG HOW ARE YOU EVEN REAL. Also his dry humor. Aksjdfjksg. Arthurrrr. I want me some more Team TARDIS shenanigans now.

Are you on Tumblr? Because when I first got That Pheasant Sweater Picture, I was just looking at it ... and was struck with a flash of ~inspiration.
