Anya: A box of surplus items from the Magic Box I from back home, which includes some rare items like: The Dagger of Lex, The Amulet of Cauldis, and the Pendant & Scroll of the Demon Sweets. (which means that if she sells it/uses it the whole castle could break into song - so she should be very careful with that)

Rose: Her Dimension Cannon (though here it'll only be able to transport her from place to place, and just like in canon it only lasts for the specified time before she just fades back to her original starting point - idk how it works but that's what it does!)

Eliot: A Harley Davidson (in interviews and an upcoming episode in Para!Eliot's canon 2x08, it's known that Eliot can ride a motorcycle, and his character wiki suggests one of his hobbies is fixing Harleys (which might be more the actor than the character, but given all of Eliot's skills and need for the con, I don't put it past him that he'd do that) His actual official vehicle for the show is a pick-up truck, which is why this is A Harley not His Harley)
