End of Loss; Sephiroth's Damage
Due to a misunderstanding with the moderators, I was advised to alter my loss to have more of Cloud resembled in this event. Cloud's mind was intact during the entire story, trapped within Sephiroth's will, body, and power. It was a bit of a twist that I took too far. Oh well! It happens.
That being said though? I'm not altering the loss, but ending it altogether. Having Sephiroth!Cloud change mid-loss but still be under the loss makes less sense then it suddenly ending. Sorry for those that might have wanted more time with him or a fight or some psychological games. We'll get a real Sephiroth one day.
Cloud's going to wake up realizing that he's back to normal. It's simple as that; he'll deal with the mental impact this loss had on him later. But enough about me. Let's talk about you guys! I need to tally what Sephiroth!Cloud's done during this loss.
- Mentally break Lenalee with mindgames over how she had broken Cloud's fighting spirit when he met his own limits; coupled with her own dark past as he struck nerves. Epic debut of Cloud's loss.
- Mindgames with Euphemia, and Caspian if he shows. Still going, but I gotta cut this loss short anyway.
- Scare the crap out of everyone with his prescense.
- Reno concluding that killing Sephiroth even at the cost of Cloud's life was in order.
- A fateful confrontation with Aerith where he revealed that if he died, Cloud died as well, this being his loss and all. His fate was in her hands, he basically said.
- An inconclusive encounter with Bruce Wayne. Not sure if mindgames or a fight has happened but obviously no injuries on either end even if there was a fight of sorts.
- Sephiroth was tricked by Ino since she'll avoid him until the loss ended. Lmao, nice one, girl.
- Lenalee gave a touching speech, one that Cloud could hear where he was trapped within Sephiroth's will to control him. She agreed with Sephiroth that Cloud could be fragile and at times lost without others, so she would guide him as a friend in need. If he were lost, she would find him again. Metaphorical and literal exchanges were had. This would have lead up to a rather climactic ending to the loss were I not dropping this.
ALRIGHT! That's about it. Anything else I happened to miss, guys? I say I didn't do too bad for the short run I had. I had fun with this. Hope you guys did too. ♥ I'll try to think of something even better next time I do a loss.
