It does make sense. I'm relieved that there is actually some standard for what makes a valid complaint and that the person in question would be contacted/you'd hear them out too.

I guess I'm just not really comfortable with the anonymous thing, because then the number of complaints becomes pretty much meaningless (assuming they're made anonymously)--it could all be the same person wording the same complaint differently to make it seem more serious than it is. If the comments are screened, I guess I don't really see why someone couldn't be open with the mods about making the complaint when it could lead to someone getting kicked out of the game eventually. I can see why you'd want to protect the complaining person's identity initially so it doesn't turn into a huge wankfest, but I don't see why the additional anonymity between the mods and the person complaining would be really needed?

That's just sort of my opinion on it. There could be something important that I'm missing in all of this or something. I guess that I just wanted you guys to know that as a player, this makes me kind of uncomfortable, but maybe I'm the only one who's paranoid like this. XD
