Hyakurin, from Blade of the Immortal!

She's not a natural blonde. She is, however, a chain-smoking, binge-drinking, crossbow-wielding assassin, taken off death row to do the shogunate's dirty work. She's coming to Paradisa after the tegata fiasco, but before the rapetorturemess of "Beasts".

UM WHAT ELSE her loss is the ability to use poisons, so if she accidentally shoots someone with a poisoned arrow in the confusion upon arriving, they won't die. Phew!

I'll intro her a little later today, after I've fixed icons and dinner and STUFF ♥
