Hi everyone! If you didn't attend today's crepe-making event, you have just received a portion of giant crepe with strawberries in a gift basket. It's sitting outside your door with a ghost to keep it chilly!

Lana gets extra strawberries on hers, and Clark doesn't get one because he's a meanie. =(

So they're like... fluffy burritos/enchiladas with fruit? That's trick, yo!

Crepes can be compared to pancakes I guess, but they have egg in them, and they have a much more delicate flavor as well as texture. You can make almost anything with a crepe, be it sweet or savory, and you can fold or roll them.

My personal favorite at home is crepes with sliced banana and Nutella folded in.

And just to confuse you even more, what the americans call crepes, we call Pancakes in the UK :P
