Well, it should be obvious that neither Akira or Enishi will be interested in playing dress up. But for the New York plot…
Enishi is a mafia boss. He was feeling nostalgic for his old job.
Akira is a freshman in college. And as usual with these losses, blinder than usual, but by now, he's learning to cope with this loss of… coping ability. Will smash you with the cane he's been saddled with if you mouth off because he still has quite a bit of martial prowess.
