There were so many things I wanted to do and still do, but my job decided to pretty much work me to death, and having two jobs with no time off murdered my ability to function. I've been out this month because of it, and I'll probably be out till sometime mid July since I just got hired on with another job sketching comics for a small, yet awesome company.
Liadrin and Clu will be back soon after that, and I am so so so so sorry to everyone I ended up having to flake out on. Ilu guys, and I won't be gone too long. :'[ <3

DADDY'S COMIN' FOR YA

He's a 42 year old widower detective with the best daughter and the stupidest partner in the world. He tries to be a good father and a good uncle and a good detective and a good partner but sometimes he kind of sucks at all of that and that doesn't make him happy. If you fuck with his daughter he might ram a car into you. By might I mean he definitely will so don't do that or think about doing that.
His loss is the memory of any information regarding his wife's murder and the ability to retain said information even if it's given to him. I'm not entirely sure how that will play out but it was marginally better than #2 on the list, which was "all his manly body hair".
I probably won't be IC introing until after the pirate plot is over, but I thought it couldn't hurt to say hello and try to get settled OOCly! (i have no idea what i'm doing on this wiki holy crap)
My AIM is parkstarshooter but you can contact me whatever way makes you feel most comfortable. My application and HMD and such can be found in my journal, too.
I actually thought about writing this entire post in the form of a Nigerian e-mail scam as a joke but then I realized I just have really bad new game jitters and should attempt to refrain from vomiting my stupider ideas on this game from the get-go. I look forward to the time when you look back on this reasonably normal OOC intro post and wonder, "what happened?" I am putting fear and doubt in your heart right now so that you are prepared for the inevitable disappointment. I'm an American and I don't believe in cruel and unusual punishment.
