Just a random question-type thing to mods maybe others who know of //GU:

Well, in the game .hack there is this special boss thing called Doppleganger. It looks exactly like Haseo, but heartlessified if you will, with rolling darkness all around it and scary red eyes. It goes around with its shadowy doom and haunts people by being uberstrong, uber scary, stalking them, and beating them with its evil and mighty power. I was wondering maybe sometime in the future if I could write it into the Paradisa storyline just to mess with the minds of the massses? ~~And because I always wanted to write out the reaction to that freaky as hell thing D:~~ I don't think it would require an extra journal or anything like that.. Or would that be too much of a-second-character-ish that's not really the main character. Thoughts?

Yeah.. maybe. I just would have to think of how he would aquire his later forms all suddenly. I don't think he has dress spheres hanging around.

He'd probably just have to think of them. I'm thinking of apping for Kite, so if Haseo ever sees him, he'll be wanting some XD

HOT. It doesn't really surprise me. Seeing what they did with Sora/Anti-Sora I would be more surprised if it didn't exist.

Maaaybe. I wanted to come up with a more rational reason for it, though. Maybe when the new volumes comes out it'll give me ideas if I don't come up with them otherwise.

Hmmm, maybe because there are so many characters are sorta wishing for there to be something to fight (which we all know there are), that Paradisa does a compromise for these people and brings in the Doppleganger (of course, they are unaware at what caused it appear)? Because it would fit so many standards of "evil things" that people envisioned.

The song itself isn't too terrifying, but the way it's presented just instills a sense of HORROR in you after you play the game. I think it was worse for me because I didn't even know about this big bad boss guy until I saw red eyes staring at me out of the darkness in a random feild.

AND HASEO EMBODIES THAT EVIL XD *flail* I think in the game it was a representation of a bloodlust/want for power or darkness in a persons heart, it wasn't really explained but that's how I went about rationalizing it. Hm.. I'd have to think about how it could appear though.

Yeah okay listened to it. The overall tone isn't that scary, but dude there is something under it that makes your heart pound. I SWEAR. There is a creepy creepy UNDERTONE. D: Oh man yeah, I have a lot of those kind of deals.

Hmmm, maybe randomly in a dark hallway on some poor unsuscepting character (with mun permission of course). And when word gets around Haseo can be all "OH SHIT NOES"

Yeah. HE HAS A PRETTY EVIL EVIL SIDE. I don't know if it was meant to scare people but it SURE WORKED ON THAT GEEZ. They say a lot of possibilities which could explain why it's there, so I'll probably just stick with those and expand on them. Darkness of the heart is a big one, along with a lot of other things. Meeting Kite will bring out the worse in him for sure! It'll be fun :D

Well the thing is that I asked twice and a mod has said nil about it. So I guess that means it's okay or I'll just do it anyway and if it's that big of a problem delete it or whatever.

ITS OKAY HASEO, EVERYONE DOES. Dude it sounds scary as hell, how could it not be meant to be scary?? Sigh, I so need to play the .hack games. Though wait, confusion. So is it actually Haseo (like anti-form) or just like a mirror image of him (like all those usual dopplegangers in other games)?

I guess so? Because it shouldn't be bad as long as we have a good reason for it, and no rules are broken.

*pets Haseo* Well maybe think Akuma at first, but not so much when they realize its not listening to the Earl's orders/doesn't look like an akuma. Heartless however....SORA SAYS IT DOES LOOK LIKE ONE XD THEN AGAIN, LIKE HE HAS ROOM TO TALK ABOUT DARK SIDE.

It's a separate entity altogether. Like.. the Doppleganger will actually follow him around, equip the same weapons as he does, and all that. It's pretty much a baddassified mirror image made of DOOM.
