I'm dreaming of a late Christmas~

Okay! So! The holiday party post!

How's the 27th or the 28th sound to everybody? I'll put up the post, and the chaos fun can begin!
Also, I can organize the post so that there's "activity sections" (making little subheadings~), and your characters can just jump in under whichever heading they're interested in. And I'll make headings for all the activities suggested, too.
Does this sound alright with everyone?
I'm not sure if the actual event should be assumed to be a Christmas event or not, so please let me know what you guys want! Also, okay to do this in some large, empy room/ballroom on the first floor? It seems pretty plausible there'd be one available for use since the building's so big...but please let me know what'll work! Also, as for timing, there doesn't seem to be any demand for a schedule or anything phew. i had no idea how i'd manage that if someone asked so people can drop by and comment with their characters whenever and come and go at any time~.

I think that's about it! Please let me know if there are any questions people still have, or anything I've forgotten!

All righty~ I think I'm less likely to make no sense now, hopefully. *bricked*

I think all that sounds really good. :3 Either date should be fine for me, personally, so I've got no preference. Whatever works for everyone else sounds good.

Would the post go in [livejournal.com profile] paradisa or [livejournal.com profile] paradisalogs? I was thinking that if it went in the latter, maybe an exception could be made for this (if the mods say it's okay and it's actually possible) so people could play things out in the comments without needing to write third person posts, so that things wouldn't be too demanding or slow if it's one big group thing? *ponders* For example, Character A and Character B might be present and interacting at a certain activity, but instead of full third person posts, they'd just go "Hey, this is fun. [actions go here]" or something like that? It'd be script format, so I don't know if that is actually okay, but it'd keep things moving quickly without restricting us to 'paper journal' interaction? And then people could always do separate individual smaller 'proper' logs of any scenes they'd want to play out fully, too?

Awesome. :3 Thank you for doing all this!

I think assuming it a Christmas event would be okay, since there's the huge Christmas tree in the lobby et all.

This one still likes the idea of a large ballroom with many doorways (just for the sake of mistletoe). :3 Other than that, would it be... I don't know, mingling zones + foodstuffs around the outside and open dancing and/or mingling space in the middle of the room? If it's one room, that seems the most logical. And on second thought, one room is + because there's more opportunity for interaction.

... Besides that being mostly me talking to myself, I like the idea. Would characters be able to write in their journals while they're at the party? I suppose some (who don't expect to enjoy it or spend it with anyone) might, but otherwise... would people be making backdated entries later on? As in, if party logs are still running on the 30th (which I've no doubt they might be), can characters make entries on that day or the 29th referring to the party as if it's finished?

... I am long-winded and if that was confusing, please ask me. XD
