Daily (Kotarou, Lizzie) here, introducing Chitose from Hachimitsu no Hana.
Chitose is arriving in the castle post chapter eight as.. there are only eight chapters out at the moment and it's updated irregularly. Anyhow! She's a maid for the prominent Kuze family during the Meiji era and takes her job very seriously, despite being so young. The year isn't explicitly stated but at some point it's said that the Revolution ended quite some time ago.
Her loss is the pair of hair ornaments Lan (the object of her affection) gave her for her birthday.
