Now for something entirely different~
Okay, it's been awhile since I've done a loss so I decided to remedy that.
Starting tomorrow, Reno will be having a temporary canon change. A.K.A, he'll be losing two years of memories so he'll be from FFVII rather than post-Advent Children, pretty much right before he meets up with Cloud & Company in the sewer.
What does this mean exactly? Well according to Reno's description for AC, the main thing is he lost a lot of his hostility he had carried before. He was also more or less trying to do the right thing even if he's still working out the kinks.
Meanwhile Reno in VII was...a lot less of a nice guy. For those who haven't played the game, he did stuff like destroy an entire sector of a city, try to get revenge at Cloud & Co for what happened during that, encourage guys to shoot at a cute flower girl, stepped on flowers and then yelled at soldiers not to, supported hitting girls, got entirely wasted and dropped a man off a cliff, sent a crane robot after you, and wouldn't leave poor Rude alone until he admitted he had a crush on Tifa :( as well as other stuff I'm too lazy to list.
Pretty much, he'll be even more of an asshole to your characters, or even more apathetic to you and your pain (CRAI MOAR HE SAYS). His cyncism about the world and you will be through the roof. He'll be angry, a lot. Chances are he'll blow off people, or be extra mean to them if they push him. Craziness will be more prevalent in him. Violence will also be a larger tendency.
Though if he gets too violent, we have the option of having Faith knock him out and lock him up or something.
To make this different from one of his previous losses, he will remember Paradisa. However anything that happened here that was post-VII related (ie: remnants, stuff he mentioned to people) he will conveniently not remember. So pretty much besides some confusion towards his previous behavior, he will not realize at all he's having a loss. HAVE FUN WITH THAT GUYS?
And since I realize this is a loss that could potentially destroy CR, and if you are uncomfortable with that feel free to contact me via this post (I can have him...magically not talk to them for the week). :D IF YOU ALSO WISH TO PLOT STUFF WITH THIS, ALSO CONTACT ME HERE :D
So TL;DR: Reno will be becoming the psychotic asshat he was in VII, and he will remember all of Paradisa minus Post-VII related stuff. Plotting is encouraged.
