While we will continue to hold How's My Driving on a quarterly basis, we realize that not everyone is comfortable participating in a public manner. However, we still feel that it is important to provide a way for others to be able to offer each other critique.

We would like to propose the idea of mandatory HMD posts in character journals. As of now, this is only suggested, not mandatory. We feel that this should be consistent among all players. As not everyone participates in HMD, this will also allow for others to offer crit personally and privately if that is preferred.
