ICE CREAM TUESDAY!


Starting at midnight and lasting until midnight the next day, there will be an ice cream truck parked just outside of the castle. And it's definitely no ordinary ice cream truck. This truck offers more flavors than you could possibly imagine. In fact, you could say that there is a flavor for every resident of the castle!

That's right, this ice cream truck will be giving out ice cream flavors based on the residents themselves! And to make sure that everyone knows about these extraordinary flavors, residents will find that there are flyers advertising the truck and its many flavors posted all over the castle, including inside residents' rooms.

But what exactly are the flavors? That's up to you! Feel free to use this post as a place to let others know what flavor of ice cream your character represents. Perhaps a Minnie Mouse flavoed ice cream will be really sweet, while a Riful flavor tastes bitter. It's all up to you!

The ice cream truck (and its eccentric driver) will arrive in the castle soon, so be on the look out for his post.

Be sure to check out the truck and its many flavors before the opportunity literally melts away!

Hmmm, earl grey tea flavour, with swirls of soft english toffee and dark very bittersweet choc chips which are sprinkled all through it. So basically you are always gonna get some crunchy textured bitter choc in every mouthful.

Cross is a red wine ice cream flavor with extra dark chocolate fudge swirled throughout.

Stocking is a birthday cake ice cream flavor with ribbons of white chocolate colored pink and violet.

Peter's flavor would be like vanilla and chocolate swirl, I think.

Percy would be more like Rocky Road: with marshmallows and nuts and candy pieces and other stuff in it. And it will always be some shade of blue!

Azure Kite's will be a bright blue color and taste like bubblegum. For some reason, it's a little warm, like it was left out in the sun for a few minutes.

Dainn's is black and tastes like nothing.

Dextera's is red with a heart-shaped candy on top. It tastes like strawberry but with a distinct aftertaste of blood. gotta reference Baroque's "unique" healing items, after all.

Spike (Spiegel)'s ice cream looks like chocolate chip, but tastes more like gunpowder and chili flakes. Even if you manage to eat more than a spoonful, it will never get you full. It leaves a smokey aftertaste.

Danny's flavor is mint chocolate chip. Because it's bold, uncomplicated, and a bit of a shock to taste. Not to mention being green.

Conan's flavor is very subtle and complicated, with a surprising kick to it. Cinnamon-Chocolate with cayenne pepper.

Will's flavor is a reserved and old fashioned vanilla, but with surprising hints of spices and nuts.

As for the others, Kasanoda ice cream probably looks disgusting, but once you actually try it it melts in your mouth. Fluttershy's is full of sweet, hidden berries.

Amy's will taste like cinnamon-flavored Jolly Ranchers, with a caramel swirl and Red Hots mixed in.

nudge: primarily blueberry flavoured, so it has a light blue/purpleish hue. there are hints of other flavours, like mango and strawberry and cherry and vanilla, and it's mixed with bits of granola and almonds. it's super yummy *3*

jet: root beer flavoured ice-cream! it's a little spicy, as if there's perhaps a bit of ginger mixed in, and it has a sliiiightly bitter after-taste. it's really good overall. lots of nuts mixed in.

midnighter: it comes in vividly coloured rainbow stripes, and it tastes like blood and death. yup. it probably tastes awful to everyone except... people who like blood, and apollo. rea, it can taste like whatever apollo wants. (yea)

Barney Stinson ice cream is a coconut-flavored base colored blue with chocolate covered POP ROCKS. Yeah. It's awesome ... but still somehow normal.

Mark & Harry is vanilla swirled with syrup that tastes amazingly like wild cherry Pepsi ... with the bitter aftertaste of nicotine. Watch out.

Fifth Doctor tastes like cream tea - but it's got celery bits in it that you're gonna have to pick out to actually enjoy it.

Ray Stantz? Marshmallow-flavored with bits of twinkie in it. And there's an odd purple swirl that tastes like nostalgia.

Lana Kane is a salted caramel base, with chocolate-covered cashews mixed in. She is served with chocolate sprinkles on top!

Molotov's ice cream is Tahitian vanilla cinnamon. Her ice cream looks and smells delicious! But when you take a bite, it's like eating pure powdered cinnamon. Yes, Molotov's ice cream is basically The Cinnamon Challenge. And she dares all of you to try it.

Best believe Clark's ice cream is red, blue and yellow swirled together, each color respectively sweet vanilla (lmao), blue moon and black cherry ice creams :) It is a confusing taste that is nearly impossible to figure out when you actually eat it, though.

Damian has dark chocolate ice cream with chocolate fudge swirls and chunks of chocolate truffles. Garnished with froot loops. He has noooooo problem with this.

Eleven's is frozen custard with crumbled bits of jammy dodgers and an underlying taste of... fish?

Nora's Is peanutbutter ice cream with bits of edible play doh and chocolate jimmies. The colors of the play doh bleed out into the ice cream leaving neat rainbow swirls.

Phoebe's is raspberry ice cream with dark chocolate covered red hots and white chocolate chunks. When you eat it it takes you back to one of your favorite childhood memories.

- Midnight Staking -- [Chocolate Ice Cream with a Ribbon of strawberry syrup and chunks of Red Velvet cake. Added into the mix are shards of dark chocolate.]

Brock's looks like cherry/dark chocolate. But it tastes like ....... ash. And blood. You are eating something that tastes like an iron ash tray. Delicious.

Hellboy's is chocolate rum laced with cinnamon and cayenne pepper. There are also gummy bears on it.

I made an open log post for anyone wanting to threadjack and sample around with ice cream flavors and toppings over at the Lux - here and anyone is welcome to make their own booth and throw their own weird toppings into the mix and threadjack around and do whatever. I figured an in-castle food spot that wasn't the kitchen could be fun.

Kenshin's... is vanilla bean. It looks and tastes overly traditional, so if that's your thing, have at it--only problem is that while it tastes perfectly fine while it's in your mouth, after you swallow there is this lingering coppery taste that will not go away. If you try to drown it with more (of his) ice cream it just gets worse. :/ IT'S EVER-PRESENT.

Neal Caffrey - is what looks like a white base with dark stripes running through it -- almost like a suit. It's sweet, but not too sweet, and you can't really tell what the flavors are exactly, but it goes down smooth and as far as you can tell -- it's pretty good.

Max Guevara - Vanilla base with mint stripes running through, as well as a dark raspberry. Don't expect her to share.

Cordelia Chase - Vanilla ice cream with chunks of mango and pineapple flavored sorbet -- a bit of a tropical-sunshine-y feeling, but the flavor is what it is, no apologies.

Sam Winchester - Moose tracks. I couldn't resist.

Lance Sweets - Vanilla ice cream, with dark fudge chunks in it, and when you look at your bowl, it stretches out like piano keys, and when you eat it, there's something ... cathartic about it, like a load's been lifted off your shoulders.

Shizuru → matcha with sweet red bean and, for some reason, a suggestion of rum. looks fairly appetizing but makes you feel ill after the minutes it takes to settle.

Sakuya → think the iron supplements nobody wants to take in their middle/old age, a metallic, uncomfortable taste. it looks smooth, but is crunchy in a painful way that will chip teeth and hurt as it goes down. an awful gray colour than any sane person would think twice about before trying.

If anyone is going to make themselves feel horrible, they should try a cone of cup of Danarius. From the very first taste there's a deceptive lightness in flavor, bringing you in past chocolate, hints of cinnamon, swirls of caramel and dark chocolate to find and revel in the chocolate bits, and the almost chewy mochi-like bits. It's good. It's really good.

Sinfully delicious. You might just feel uncomfortable admitting there's anything to like about this after the fact. And for some strange reason later you want to describe it as a lime-flavored coconut icecream... even when it wasn't...

Sakura is an altogether light flavor, some hard to identify fruit (or flower? dun dun dun!) serving as the main base for flavor. The green color is deceptive only if you were expecting green-tea ice-cream; the real surprise is coming across a flavor crystal folded into the mix every so often. They pack quite the punch! As far as explosions of flavors in the mouth are hits, that is.
