Calling an official end to my hiatus. If there are tags that need either Jono or Charles's attention, plz to be letting me know.
Anyway, the real purpose of this post is to discusss a loss I'm planning for Jono (yes, I know I put him on losses far too often. This is the last one for a while, I swear XD). In "celebration" of his first Paraversary, Jono is going to be transforming into Famine of the Four Horsemen, as was concepted in this bit of fanart (Jono's on the middle right). It was hinted at in New Excalibur #9, and several times in New Warriors that when Clan Akkaba repaired Jono's body with the blood of Apocalypse, that they gave him back his own powers, as well as granting him a measure of Apocalypse's, something I've been playing at lately in my threads with him.
What this basically means is that for the first week of November, Jono is going to be spewing black flame from the front of his face, and to approach him is to feel a hunger and desire that can't be extinguished, as well as causing actual physical decay when contact is made with the flame in his body. Unlike most who're turned into Horsemen of Apocalypse, Jono will be retaining control over himself, and this will of course drive him to put as much distance between himself and people as he possibly can. My goal is to have him wake up like this in the castle, and slowly work his way out to somewhere in the middle of the woods, where he'll set up a little camping site for himself to wait out this transformation, as he's not sure if it's a loss, or just the inevitable actually happening to him, like he's always been afraid of. He'll filter to everyone he knows well, and to the Peace Patrol to let them all know that he's buggering off to the woods for a little while, but he won't say exactly why XD
So, if your character can sense supernatural entities, or are somehow tied to death, they will very likely sense something very wrong in the castle, and are free to try and seek Jono out to see wtf. He'll appear much as he originially did when he first arrived, except his skin will be a pale, ashen gray, his eyes a muted black color. Otherwise, as long as he's still on castle grounds, he'll have bound himself up in bandages and whathaveyou to hide what's happened to him.
Anyway, If you want CR with Jono during this whole time, let me know. The reason I'm posting this so far in advance is to make sure I get a chance to talk to everyone who might want in =3
