Most of the castle knows by now that Molotov is a bluh bluh huge bitch mercenary back in her own world. Unfortunately, due to the nature of Paradisa, she hasn't really had the opportunity to do anything with that, despite her setting up a sad, empty little copy of her Blackhearts office.
UNTIL NOW! Molotov is bored and sad -- losing one of her manly men and also her fake impossible magic baby has not been super awesome fun. And so, she is going to start blowing shit up. Yay! Said "shit" will be buildings in the City Royale. They will be townsfolk-owned, so don't worry about your precious coffee shop or karaoke bar going kaboom. The buildings will be empty, so no townspeople will die or be hurt in the process. Molotov hasn't planned that part, it just works out that way.
How does this affect your characters? Well, technically, it doesn't, at least not besides the loud noise and dust. But come on, you guys can't let this huge bitch get away with this! So I need some volunteers to figure out who is behind this (bluh bluh Russian bitch is), and why (because she is a jerk), and what to do about it! There are no limits to how many people can be interested~
