fourth character

Hi it's Alan again, bringing in my fourth and most likely not final character, Dextera from the really obscure video game Baroque (I will give you internet cookies if you've played this game). He's coming from the -2200 Phase, after being killed by a Meta-Being, but will be all fine and dandy for now. Oh, and his loss is his purifying powers, so that massive shoulder gun of his is useless.

A quick note about tagging Dextera here is that he's a mute so unless stated otherwise, 99.9% of his enteries will be written. I'll be putting his intro post up soon.
