Hell if I know. But magitech isn't a new concept in fiction. I know it's surprisingly common in video games and sci-fi stories. There are lots of different concepts for how it's possible, none of them I can grasp because it rides on things like theology and quantum physics. They say magic is simply technology we haven't learned to explain yet.

Like I said I'm not sure if it's even a real idea, it's just one she was fiddling with because it seems odd that only cameras and children can spot him.
